Michael Dawson to miss North London derby

A hamstring injury will keep Michael Dawson out of Tottenham Hotspur's next two matches, which includes the North London derby.

Tottenham Hotspur will be without captain Michael Dawson for tomorrow night's Europa League tie against Benfica, as well as Sunday's North London derby with rivals Arsenal.

The centre-back suffered a hamstring injury during Saturday evening's 4-0 defeat to Chelsea.

He has undergone initial treatment, but it hasn't worked in time for the 30-year-old to play in either of the upcoming encounters.

Christian Eriksen and Danny Rose could return from complaints, but Etienne Capoue, Erik Lamela and Vlad Chiriches are all sidelined.
