Harry Redknapp has made nine changes to his Tottenham Hotspur side for their Europa League match against PAOK Salonika.

Jermain Defoe and Aaaron Lennon are the only players to keep their places from Saturday's 3-1 win against West Bromwich Albion.

Elsewhere, youngsters Harry Kane and Jake Livermore come into the side, while Heurelho Gomes starts in goal.
