Tottenham Hotspur team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Fulham

Sports Mole rounds up all of Tottenham Hotspur's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Wednesday's Premier League clash with Fulham.

Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to keep their winning run going when they take on Fulham on Wednesday evening.

Spurs have won three in a row in all competitions - a run that has seen them reach the final of the EFL Cup, the fourth round of the FA Cup and climb up to fourth in the Premier League.

Jose Mourinho's men have a quick turnaround in fixtures, though, with this rescheduled clash against London rivals Fulham replacing their originally scheduled clash with Aston Villa on the same day.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Tottenham's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their home showdown with the Cottagers.

Giovani Lo Celso

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: Unknown

Giovani Lo Celso injured his hamstring in the loss to Leicester City prior to Christmas and has been sidelined ever since, seeing him miss Tottenham's last five matches. Speaking last week, Mourinho suggested that the midfielder will not play again in January.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Shin
Possible return date: January 13 (vs. Fulham)

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg sustained a nasty shin injury in a challenge with Josh Dasilva during last week's EFL Cup clash against Brentford. The midfielder was not risked against Marine in the FA Cup, but the injury is not expected to keep him out of this midweek match.

Erik Lamela

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Coronavirus
Possible return date: January 13 (vs. Fulham)

Mourinho confirmed at his pre-match news conference that he will consider recalling Erik Lamela, who has been absent since being pictured breaching coronavirus rules over the festive period. The attacker has completed a period of self-isolation.

TOTTENHAM'S SUSPENSION LIST

Tottenham have no players suspended for the visit of Fulham.
