AC Milan are reportedly considering a summer move for Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Gennaro Gattuso is currently Milan's head coach, and the 41-year-old has overseen a strong campaign which has left the Italian giants in fourth position in Serie A ahead of Saturday's clash with Juventus.
Gattuso's long-term future at San Siro is believed to be far from secure, though, and according to Corriere dello Sport, Milan are considering an approach for Tottenham boss Pochettino.
The report claims that Arsenal's former chief executive Ivan Gazidis - now with Milan - has identified the Spaniard as a replacement for Gattuso should the club's former midfielder be sacked this summer.
Pochettino was strongly linked with the Manchester United job before Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was appointed on a permanent basis, while Real Madrid were also credited with an interest ahead of Zinedine Zidane's return.
Milan are 18-time Italian champions, but they have not won Serie A since 2011 and have not actually finished higher than sixth in the top flight since 2013.
