Scout Ian Broomfield to link back up with Harry Redknapp at Queens Park Rangers

Scout Ian Broomfield will once again link up with Harry Redknapp when he becomes QPR's chief scout this week.

Harry Redknapp's chief scout from his time at Portsmouth and Tottenham Hotspur, Ian Broomfield, will again link up with Redknapp at Queens Park Rangers.

He will replace Mike Rigg, who was sacked earlier this month, when he joins Rangers as expected later this week.

Broomfield joins Joe Jordan and Kevin Bond in again working with Redknapp and he will hope to put his own stamp on QPR's business in the upcoming transfer window.

He has been out of a job since departing Spurs at the same time as Redknapp in the summer.
