Michael Dawson targets record-equalling win at Norwich City

Tottenham Hotspur defender Michael Dawson hopes that his side's fine away record in the Premier League will continue when they visit Norwich City later today.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Michael Dawson has said that he hopes that his side's fine away record in the Premier League will continue when they visit Norwich City later today.

The North Londoners have won nine away league games already this season - more than any other team in England's top flight.

Spurs' last domestic match was a 4-0 victory at Newcastle United on February 12.

"Our away record in the Premier League has been really good and we go into the match on the back of the away win at Newcastle, where I thought the lads were fantastic," Dawson told Tottenham's official website.

"Hopefully we can take that vein of form into the Norwich game on Sunday. We lost [at Carrow Road] in the League Cup last season, but then we drew there in the league.

"Norwich are a team fighting for their lives, but we go there in confident mood and we hope to keep this away run going with three points."

Tottenham picked up 10 away wins in the Premier League last season, setting a new club record in the process.
