Tottenham Hotspur defender Kyle Naughton has claimed that the club's pre-season tour of the USA will be a good chance for the players to get used to new manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs will face Seattle Sounders, Toronto FC and Chicago Fire over the next two weeks as part of a short trip across the Atlantic.
Naughton believes that he and his teammates will be able to learn plenty from Pochettino during their time on tour.
"When you get a new manager you can't really get used to playing his style unless it's in a realistic game situation so that will be one of the main things to get out of the tour," he told the club's official website.
"You can really put the style of play that he wants into practise and that's obviously one of the main things the friendlies are about.
"Fitness is another big thing that you can get out of these games and also team spirit."
Tottenham get their Premier League campaign up and running at West Ham United on August 16.
