Tim Sherwood: 'Michael Dawson fit for Liverpool clash'

Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood reveals that Michael Dawson is available for selection for Sunday's trip to Liverpool.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood has revealed that Michael Dawson is available for selection ahead of Sunday's trip to Liverpool.

The defender has been nursing a hamstring injury for the previous four matches, but Sherwood confirms that he will return to first-team duties for this weekend's clash at Anfield.

"Michael trained at the end of last week as well, we're pleased with his progress and most of all, delighted we've more players from to select from," he told Sky Sports News.

Spurs sit six points adrift of North London rivals Arsenal in the standings, who currently occupy the final Champions League qualification place.
