Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly turn down any January offers from Saudi Arabia for Brazilian striker Richarlison.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly expected to reject any January offers for Richarlison, amid interest from the Saudi Pro League.

After splashing the cash in the summer transfer window, Saudi Arabian clubs are expected to continue their lavish spending in January.

The Saudi Pro League are keen to recruit players from the Premier League, and Richarlison is believed to be one of the names on their radar.

A recent report claimed they were interested in signing the Brazilian as well as Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho.

However, according to Football Insider, Tottenham want to retain Richarlison's services and will reject any offers from Saudi Arabia.

While Richarlison has struggled to find his best form in North London, Tottenham are reluctant to sanction a sale in the winter transfer window.

The report suggests they may reconsider their position next summer if he fails to improve before the end of the season.

Richarlison earned his move to Tottenham in the summer of 2022 after scoring 53 goals and providing 14 assists in 151 appearances for Everton.

The 26-year-old, who joined in a deal worth £60m, has been unable to replicate those numbers with Tottenham, having mustered five goals and seven assists in 46 matches.

During the current campaign, Richarlison has managed just two goals and three assists in 11 appearances across all competitions.

The Brazil international featured in Tottenham's opening 10 Premier League games, before he underwent surgery on a persistent groin injury.

With his recovery expected to take up to four weeks, the former Everton man could be out of action until mid-December.

Richarlison, who has scored 20 goals in 48 games for his country, has also been forced to miss Brazil's 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Colombia and Argentina.
