Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte reportedly returned a positive COVID-19 test over the weekend.
The Italian was on the touchline to oversee a 4-0 win over Aston Villa last Saturday, with Son Heung-min bagging a hat-trick alongside Dejan Kulusevski's effort.
That result saw Spurs consolidate their position in the top four of the Premier League table - three points above North London rivals Arsenal having played a game more.
Tottenham are next in action against the Gunners' most recent conquerors Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday lunchtime, but journalist Tom Roddy reports that Conte contracted coronavirus at the weekend.
However, Roddy adds that Tottenham are still expecting Conte to take charge of Saturday's clash with the Seagulls and are hopeful that he will not be displaying any symptoms at the weekend.
The meeting with Graham Potter's men will be Conte's 30th match in charge of Tottenham, with the former Chelsea and Inter Milan boss winning 17 of his 29 games at the helm so far.
