Nuno Espirito Santo is reportedly set for fresh negotiations with Tottenham Hotspur as Daniel Levy continues to be frustrated in the club's manager search.

Managerless Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly planning to reignite their interest in former Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Espirito Santo.

Daniel Levy has overseen an unsuccessful search for Jose Mourinho's permanent successor in North London, as pursuits for Paulo Fonseca, Antonio Conte, Gennaro Gattuso and Julen Lopetegui have all recently ended for various reasons.

Spurs were linked with a swoop for Nuno during the early days of their search for a new manager, and according to Football Insider, the Lilywhites are now preparing fresh talks with the ex-Wolves manager.

Santo was recently tipped to take the hotseat at either Crystal Palace or Everton, but both sides are now thought to be prioritising other options as they seek their new bosses of their own.

The former Porto goalkeeper led Wolves into the Europa League with a seventh-placed finish in the 2018-19 Premier League season, but the Molineux outfit could only manage a 13th-placed standing under his tutelage last term.

Sevilla president Jose Castro recently affirmed that the Spanish club rejected a "dizzying" offer from Spurs for Lopetegui.
