Friday's Tottenham Hotspur transfer talk news roundup: Jerome Boateng, Kurt Zouma, David Alaba

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer talk for Tottenham on Friday, November 13.

The summer transfer window has now closed, with Tottenham Hotspur having enjoyed one of their busiest and most exciting windows to date.

Gareth Bale made his return to the club on loan from Real Madrid, while Spurs also spent big on the likes of Sergio Reguilon, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Matt Doherty in addition to loaning Carlos Vinicius. Attention will now switch to the January window as Jose Mourinho continues to mould his squad.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur in fight for Jerome Boateng?

Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

Having made nine appearances in all competitions this season, the 32-year-old remains an important player for the Champions League winners.

However, according to Bild, Bayern are happy for Boateng to leave the Allianz Arena on a free transfer in 2021.

That alleged development has led to interest from the Premier League, where Boateng has previously represented Manchester City.

Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs are said to be monitoring the situation as they look for value for money during next year's summer window.

Bayern are unlikely to consider selling Boateng in January, an approach that they will also seemingly take with David Alaba.

Chelsea 'rejected Tottenham Hotspur, Everton bids for Kurt Zouma'

Chelsea reportedly rejected bids from Tottenham Hotspur and Everton for defender Kurt Zouma during the summer transfer window.

Both clubs were known to be in the market for a new centre-back during the recent window, while Chelsea's signing of Thiago Silva saw a number of their defenders linked with moves away.

L'Equipe reports that both Everton and Chelsea's London rivals Tottenham made official bids for Zouma, only for Frank Lampard's side to insist that the Frenchman was not for sale.

Zouma, who spent the 2018-19 season on loan with Everton, has since established himself as a regular member of Lampard's starting XI at Stamford Bridge alongside Silva this season.

The 26-year-old has played 12 times across all competitions, including in seven of Chelsea's eight Premier League outings.

Zouma has scored three goals in those seven Premier League appearances, already surpassing his previous best goalscoring tally for an entire season.
