The summer transfer window has now closed, with Tottenham Hotspur having enjoyed one of their busiest and most exciting windows to date.
Gareth Bale made his return to the club on loan from Real Madrid, while Spurs also spent big on the likes of Sergio Reguilon, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Matt Doherty in addition to loaning Carlos Vinicius. Attention will now switch to the January window as Jose Mourinho continues to mould his squad.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Wednesday morning's Tottenham Hotspur transfer talk news roundup:
Jose Mourinho 'rejects chance for Tottenham to re-sign Christian Eriksen'
Jose Mourinho has reportedly turned down the opportunity to bring Christian Eriksen back to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Danish playmaker left Spurs for Inter Milan last January but has fallen out of favour with head coach Antonio Conte, making just four starts across all competitions so far this season.
The 28-year-old was disappointing last term, scoring just one Serie A goal in 17 appearances, and he looks set to leave after just 12 months in Italy.
However, Mourinho isn't interested in bringing the Dane back to North London, according to Football Insider.
The 57-year-old believes his side have plenty of options in Eriksen's favoured attacking midfield position and does not feel the player is a necessary addition.
Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham 'all interested in Ben White'
Brighton & Hove Albion defender Ben White is reportedly being monitored by Premier League giants Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
The 23-year-old played a key role for Leeds United during their triumphant 2019-20 Championship campaign, and White has quickly established himself as a regular in the Brighton defence since returning to his parent club.
While the Seagulls' results do not make for good reading, White has been a standout performer for Graham Potter's men and has been linked with a move to Liverpool in the past.
Now, Sky Sports News claims that Chelsea, Man United and Spurs are keeping tabs on the Englishman's progress, with the trio all potentially searching for defensive reinforcements in the near future.
The report also suggests that Liverpool will consider signing a new centre-back in January given the long-term injuries to Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez, but the Premier League champions have no interest in a deal for White.
The former Leeds loanee is under contract at the Amex Stadium until the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
