Everton are reportedly eyeing up a move for Roma striker Patrik Schick.
The 24-year-old is currently on loan at RB Leipzig where he has chalked up seven goals and two assists in the Bundesliga, and the German outfit have the option to sign the striker for €29m (£26m) this summer.
However, it remains to be seen whether Leipzig will opt for a permanent deal for Schick given the financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic, potentially leaving the door open for Everton to swoop for the forward.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma may be willing to accept a lower fee of €25m (£22m) for Schick this summer, and Carlo Ancelotti would be keen to bring the Czech Republic international to Merseyside.
Tottenham Hotspur have previously been credited with an interest in Schick, but the report also claims that the striker is hoping to remain in Germany for next season.
Schick's current deal at Roma is set to expire in 2022.
