The agent of Tottenham Hotspur defender Bongani Khumalo has claimed that his client is close to finalising a loan switch to Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki.
Despite joining Spurs in January 2011 following a successful trial period, the 25-year-old has failed to make a single senior appearance for the club.
In an attempt to get his career back on track, the South African international will join PAOK for the next 12 months.
"The clubs have agreed and the player and myself will be travelling to Greece this week with a view to agreeing and finalising the player's personal terms for the loan deal," his representative Glyn Binkin told KickOff.com.
Khumalo has had loan spells with Preston North End and Reading since arriving in England.
