Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly frustrated with Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy for failing to sanction Dele Alli's move to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Ligue 1 champions were supposedly keen on bringing in the England international during the January transfer window, which closed on Monday.
Alli is out of favour at Spurs, starting just six times in all competitions under Jose Mourinho this term, and the midfielder was also hoping to reunite with ex-Spurs boss Pochettino.
According to the Daily Mail, Levy blocked the deal from going through as Tottenham were unable to bring in a replacement on deadline day.
Pochettino, appointed as Thomas Tuchel's successor at the Parc des Princes earlier this month, is said to be annoyed at the decision as PSG had no time to bring in another player.
Inter Milan's Christian Eriksen, Borussia Monchengladbach ace Florian Neuhaus and Marcel Sabitzer of RB Leipzig were all linked with Spurs in January, but a transfer did not materialise for any of those players.
