Reports in Italy have suggested that Napoli will make a January move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Dembele.
The 26-year-old has made himself a key member of Andre Villas-Boas's squad since joining from Fulham for £15m in August of last year.
According to Il Mattino, Partenopei boss Rafael Benitez is hoping to strengthen his squad for a title challenge and has identified the Belgian as a potential target.
However, the North London club are unlikely to be open to business, meaning that the Spaniard has devised a list of back-ups, believed to include two of his former Liverpool players Javier Mascherano and Lucas Leiva.
