Schalke 04 club officials will reportedly fly to England this week to hold further talks with Tottenham Hotspur regarding a potential move for Rafael van der Vaart.
The Bundesliga outfit are said to be willing to pay £8m for the Dutch playmaker, while Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is believed to value the player at £12m.
Van der Vaart has informed backroom staff at White Hart Lane that he is desperate to move back to Germany, according to The Metro.
