Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly interested in Colombian playmaker Juan Quintero and will consider splashing out for one of the stars of the World Cup.
Quintero is owned by Porto but contracted to South American giants River Plate, where his buyout clause has been set at £22m.
That is seen as a fair price to pay following the 25-year-old's displays in Russia, having scored one and set up two more from his four appearances up to and including the last 16.
Goal.com suggests that Spurs are prepared to match the buyout clause in Quintero's contract, with Pochettino well aware of the former Atletico Nacional ace before his World Cup breakthrough.
Porto signed Quintero from Pescara in a £9m deal in 2013, but he made just 64 appearances in five years and is now spending time with River Plate.
