Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with German youngster Patrick Herrmann.
Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas is planning to table a £7.5m bid for the Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder, The Sun claims.
However, the Premier League outfit face stiff competition for his signature from Italian giants Inter Milan.
Herrmann has scored 10 goals in 56 games for the Bundesliga side and has caps for Germany at Under-21 level.
