Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly still at the front of the queue to sign Club Brugge winger Antonio Nusa amid interest from Premier League rivals Newcastle United.
The 18-year-old is being linked with a move away from Club Brugge after making a significant impression for the Belgian side.
Nusa, who has made a total of 63 appearances during his time with the club, has scored four goals and provided three assists in 27 competitive games this season.
The youngster's performance has caught the attention of a number of Premier League clubs, including Tottenham and Newcastle.
A recent report claimed that Spurs had opened talks with Club Brugge over a possible move for the highly-rated teenager.

According to Football Insider, Tottenham are still in pole position to sign Nusa despite Newcastle's attempts to steal a march on the North London club.
Newcastle have allegedly held internal discussions about pursuing a deal for Nusa, who has been identified as a potential replacement for Miguel Almiron.
The Paraguay international could be on his way out of Newcastle after it was revealed that Saudi Pro League side Al Shabab had reached an agreement with the Magpies.
While Eddie Howe's side have entered the race for Nusa, Tottenham remain favourites to sign the Norway international.

With Newcastle showing a keen interest, Spurs are determined to reach an agreement with Club Brugge as soon as possible.
The Belgium side are in a strong position when it comes to negotiating a transfer, with Nusa currently under contract until the summer of 2027.
If Tottenham are able to get a deal over the line, Nusa would likely return to Club Brugge on loan for the remainder of the current campaign.
Spurs have already been active in the January market, having recruited Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin on loan and permanent deals respectively.
