Wigan Athletic have snapped up Tottenham Hotspur starlet Shaquile Coulthirst on a short-term loan deal.
The 20-year-old goes straight into the Latics' squad for the visit of Doncaster Rovers this weekend.
Having previously spent time at Leyton Orient, Torquay United, Southend United and most recently York City, Spurs have once more opted to send the young striker out on a three-month loan to gain further experience.
Speaking to the club's official website, Wigan boss Gary Caldwell said: "He's a young player full of potential and needs experience, we will see how he progresses.
"His qualities will certainly bring something new to the group and provide competition up front. He's here for three months then we will see how things go."
Coulthirst, an England Under-19s international, came through the Tottenham academy ranks before signing his first professional deal in June 2013.
