Former England striker Gary Lineker believes that Stoke City striker Peter Crouch should make the England squad for Euro 2012.

Crouch, 31, has scored 22 goals in 42 caps for his country, and Lineker has called on England boss Roy Hodgson to pick the forward.

"He is a proven goalscorer at international level," he told reporters.
