Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has admitted that he is excited about the club's fixture with Valencia.
Pulis's men welcome the Spanish giants to the Britannia on Thursday for the first leg of their last-32 Europa League tie.
The Stoke boss said: "I'm excited, it's one of the great games this football club has had in its history.
"We haven't had too many occasions when you can say we're playing a top European team at the Britannia.
"It's a big game, but the end result is the most important thing."
Stoke have lost their last four Premier League games.
