Stoke City defender Andy Wilkinson has revealed that he is eager to sign a new deal with the club.
The 29-year-old is out of contract this summer, but he is yet to pen fresh terms at the Britannia Stadium.
Despite being limited to just five Premier League appearances this season, Wilkinson hopes that he will be part of the Stoke squad for the next campaign.
"I am so lucky to play for the team that I supported as a kid and the longer that goes on the better," he told the Stoke Sentinel.
"It has been a frustrating season for me, not playing as many games as I would have liked to, but that is a credit to the lads who have played, so there has not been many opportunities to get a game.
"I feel that I still have something to offer and hopefully if I stay next season, I can do that."
Wilkinson has spent his entire professional career with Stoke following his graduation from the club's youth academy in 2001.
