Sunderland manager Gus Poyet has praised Swansea City for the way the club has been run over the last few years.
The Swans won the League Cup last season and are currently taking part in the Europa League, and Poyet feels that a lot of their success is down to their stability off the pitch.
"The club is balanced. They've changed manager (from Brendan Rodgers to Michael Laudrup), but they've tried to maintain that philosophy," Poyet is quoted as saying by The Mirror.
"That's a big advantage for any manager who goes there. What a difference with Swansea as a club now.
"There's a team who've been playing for five or six years in the same way and they're slowly getting better and better."
Poyet's first match as the Black Cats' boss is against Laudrup's side on Saturday.
