Sunderland midfielder Lee Cattermole will reportedly hold talks with manager Paolo Di Canio this week over his future at the club.

The 25-year-old, who missed the team's recent pre-season trip to Hong Kong, is currently without a squad number for the new campaign.

He is now expected to speak with Black Cats boss Di Canio to see whether he will remain at the Stadium of Light, according to the Daily Mail.

Fulham and Hull City are both reported to be monitoring Cattermole's availability.
