Sunderland have reportedly accepted an offer from Swansea City for striker Joel Asoro.
Asoro netted three goals in 26 appearances in the Championship last season, but the club's relegation left Sunderland in a vulnerable position with regards to the player's future.
The 19-year-old has just one year remaining on his deal at the Stadium of Light and with no desire to pen fresh terms, the Black Cats must cash in during this transfer window.
According to the Sunderland Echo, that has resulted in a £2m offer from Swansea being accepted by the club's board, and the youngster is now expected to complete a switch to the Liberty Stadium.
New Swans boss Graham Potter is familiar with Asoro having just arrived from Sweden, where the player spent his youth days before moving to the North-East of England.
