Swansea City striker Leroy Lita has revealed that he has become frustrated with his lack of opportunities at the Premier League club.
Lita has made just 18 appearances since joining the club in 2011, and the former Middlesbrough forward insists that he has not been given a chance to perform in Wales.
The 28-year-old told the South Wales Evening Post: "It's frustrating, especially when you are fit as well.
"I can understand it for injured players maybe, but when you are fit and not involved, it's not very nice but that's football, you have to deal with it.
"People say to me 'You've had so many clubs'. I'd rather have had 10 clubs than stick at one club and not play. I've not had opportunities.
"I've started four games there and I've scored two goals in the whole time that I've been there. That says to me 'start me more' but they didn't so we move on."
Lita joined Brighton & Hove Albion on a three-month loan deal earlier this week.
