Swansea City defender Neil Taylor believes that he is finally getting back to full fitness after breaking his leg last season.
The Wales international missed the majority of the last campaign after sustaining the injury in September and did not return to action until April.
However, after a series of pre-season friendlies in the Netherlands and against Yeovil Town and Exeter City, he now believes that he is back to his best.
Taylor told the club's official website: "I'm fitter than what I thought I was. Now I have 90 minutes under my belt I know I can do it, which is a really good feeling.
"It was a good run-out. We let some of the new boys know before the game that games like this are really tough in this country.
"It was really hot on the pitch and it was tough, but that's all part of pre-season. It will help us in the long run with fitness."
Taylor signed a three-year deal with Swans last December to keep himself at the club until 2016.
