Sports Mole previews Swansea City's home clash with Fulham to end the Premier League season.

Swansea City host Fulham on the final day of the Premier League season with the opportunity to move eighth in the table.

Michael Laudrup's men have just one win from their last nine games as they finish the season with little to play for.

Fulham, after reaching 40 points in mid-April, have lost all five games since and, although safe from the drop, will want to end the season on a positive note.

For Swansea, Ki Sung-Yueng and Michel Vorm are both unlikely to be fit but there are no fresh injury concerns.

Fulham have Ashkan Dejagah and Mahamadou Diarra still out, with Steve Sidwell continuing his suspension and Kieran Richardson expected to be fit, although he may not start.
