Getafe midfielder Medhi Lacen has insisted that he is unaware of any interest in him from Premier League side Swansea City.
Reports have surfaced linking Swansea boss Michael Laudrup with a move for the 28-year-old Algeria international, who is primarily a defensive midfielder.
However, Lacen is refusing to consider his future before the end of the current season and claims to have no knowledge of any interest from the Swans, although he admits that he would love to play in the Premier League one day.
"I have a contract here until 2015, so let's wait until the end of the season to see what will happen," said Lacen.
"I know Michael Laudrup, he was an excellent player, a top midfield player in the World Cup, a typical number 10 and he is also a great coach.
"I know nothing of Swansea's interest in me, but I will look into it seriously if there is an interest in England. I love the English league and would love to play there one day."
Lacen has won 19 caps for Algeria and played for them in the 2010 World Cup.
