Giampiero Ventura has opted to rest a number of players including Bruno Peres and Amauri as the Granata seek to overturn a 2-0 first-leg deficit against the Russian giants.
Meanwhile Zenit make two changes from their 1-1 draw against Torpedo Moscow as Anatoliy Tymoshchuk and Danny come in for Javi Garcia and Alexander Ryazantsev.
