Toronto beat Columbus Crew

Toronto beat Columbus
Toronto score twice late on to beat Columbus Crew 2-1 in the MLS.

Toronto have scored two late goals to steal the points from Columbus Crew in the MLS.

The first chance of the game fell to Matias Laba, who was found by Ashtone Morgan, but his effort was saved.

Then in the 17th minute the visitors took the lead through Dominic Oduro, who fired low into the bottom corner from outside the box.

Oduro then tried to double the advantage from the right side of the box, but despite hitting the target, he could not get enough on his effort.

The game ebbed and flowed until late on when Jonathan Osorio was found by Jeremy Brockie to score from neat the penalty spot for what looked like a late equaliser.

However, there was to be more drama as Toronto stole the points with virtually the last kick of the game, Andrew Wiedeman firing in with four minutes of stoppage time played.
