Martin Braithwaite caps Toulouse fightback against Lille

Toulouse score twice in two minutes to seal a dramatic 3-2 win over Lille as they move away from the Ligue 1 drop zone.

Martin Braithwaite scored an 83rd-minute winner as Toulouse fought back from 2-1 down to beat Lille and boost their push for Ligue 1 survival.

The hosts got off to the worst possible start as Nolan Roux gave the Northerners a ninth-minute lead at the Stadium Municipal.

Les Tefece got back on level terms when Jean-Daniel Akpa-Akpro teed up Wissam Ben Yedder, whose shot from the edge of the box found the top corner of Vincent Enyeama's net.

Lille edged back in front on the hour mark when Florent Balmont's cross reached Sofiane Boufal and his header beat Ali Ahamada.

Toulouse then produced a stirring late fightback as Oscar Trejo equalised on 81 minutes to boost the home side's survival bid.

Their push to avoid relegation was helped further when Danish forward Braithwaite scored two minutes later to seal a 3-2 win.
