The agent of Anthony Gardner has claimed that his client is the latest English-based player to be the subject of interest from clubs in the Far East.
The likes of Didier Drogba and Yakubu are expected to complete transfers to China over the coming days.
Now, Gardner's representative Aaron Remikie has revealed that the former Tottenham Hotspur defender has been added to that list.
"Anthony is in no rush to decide what the next step of his career is and after back to back injury-free seasons he feels that he can still play in the top flight," Remikie told Sky Sports News.
"There has been a lot of interest from both the UK and in the Far East."
Gardner is a free agent after he failed to agree a contract extension with Crystal Palace.
