Troyes and Lorient played out an entertaining 2-2 draw in their Ligue 1 fixture at Stade de l'Aube on Saturday.
The hosts were the first to make the breakthrough after just three minutes when Benjamin Nivet scored from an acute angle from the right.
However, 15 minutes later Lorient made it 1-1 when Maxime Barthelme shot home with his left foot after being released by Arnold Mvuemba.
Seven minutes after the half-time interval Troyes regained their one-goal advantage through Mounir Obbadi, who slotted in Nivet's pass.
Just like in the first half, Lorient equalised on 62 minutes from a penalty.
Granddi Ngoyi's challenge on Yann Jouffre saw the referee point to the spot, and Mvuemba converted it successfully.
Both sides had chances during the rest of the game but failed to add to their respective tallies.
