Despite being brought off at half time in their most recent group clash with Paraguay, key Uruguay centre-back Diego Godin should be fit to feature from the start in their Copa America quarter-final clash with Colombia.
He should partner former Atletico Madrid teammate Jose Gimenez, who has featured 66 times for his nation, although Sporting Lisbon captain Sebastian Coates is a more than adequate deputy should Godin not be able to start.
Atletico Madrid star Luis Suarez was reduced to a substitute appearance in that victory over Paraguay, but that was simply as a rest and the forward will make a quick return to the starting XI to join Manchester United frontman Edinson Cavani, who has found the net in both of Uruguay's last two games.
Suarez and Cavani rank as the nation's first and second all-time goalscorers respectively, as Suarez leads the way with 64, while he recently fired the Madrid outfit to a La Liga title with 21 goals and three assists in 32 league games.
They could again be supported by Giorgian De Arrascaeta and Nicolas De La Cruz, with Oscar Tabarez opting to deploy an abundance of attacking players.
Juventus' Rodrigo Bentancur and Real Madrid prospect Federico Valverde should continue to line up in the middle, having both impressed last time out.
