Jeremy Perbet announces Villarreal departure

French forward Jeremy Perbet reveals that he will leave Villarreal this summer.

Jeremy Perbet has revealed that he will leave Villarreal this summer.

The French forward joined the Yellow Submarine from Mons in 2013, but has revealed via his Twitter account that he will seek pastures new this summer.

"Thank you Villarreal. 47 matches and 22 goals. I go to another club, but I can't forget the fans," said Perbet on his official account.

It is understood that Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir are the favourites for the striker's signature.
