Watford winger Ismaila Sarr has rejoined Senegal at the Africa Cup Of Nations.
The Hornets star had been chosen to be part of the squad from the beginning of the tournament, but was missing due to the knee injury he suffered against Manchester United in November.
The club had argued with his international outfit, not wanting him to be part of the tournament, with the Premier League side hoping to bring him back fully fit when ready.
Despite that, Senegal have continued to push for the 23-year-old to be involved, and he has now met up with the rest of his teammates ahead of the round of 16 clash against Cape Verde.
Sarr did not feature in that match, which they won 2-0 via goals from Sadio Mane and Bamba Dieng; however, he is expected to be available for their quarter-final match.
The winger has made 12 appearances so far this season in the Premier League, scoring five goals during that period.
