West Bromwich Albion defender Jonas Olsson is urging his teammates to put their poor recent form behind them to make a surge up the Premier League table.
The Baggies have lost their last two games in the league to West Ham United and Arsenal but face relegation-threatened Newcastle United later today as they look to end their campaign on a high.
"This season Newcastle have been struggling in the league a little bit but when they come through it they will develop a lot," Olsson told the club's official website.
"You want to qualify for Europe, you want to finish as high as possible and you have to find a way to manage that when you're hopefully there. For me all teams want to play in Europe; I want to play in Europe."
West Brom are eighth in the Premier League, 12 points adrift of Tottenham Hotspur in fifth place.
