West Bromwich Albion will reportedly appoint Alan Pardew as the club's new manager this week.
The 56-year-old confirmed at the weekend that he has held talks with the Baggies regarding the vacancy.
Following Tony Pulis's exit last week, Gary Megson has been in temporary charge of the first team and he recently oversaw a 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur.
According to The Mirror, the interim boss will take charge of West Brom for Tuesday's home match against Newcastle United, but Pardew will be installed as the new manager on Thursday.
The ex-West Ham United boss is expected to be in the hotseat for Saturday's clash against his former club Crystal Palace at The Hawthorns.
