Tony Pulis wants new deal at West Bromwich Albion

West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis says that he will sign a new contract at The Hawthorns providing that Baggies chairman Jeremy Peace wants him to stay.

West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis has revealed that he will sign a new deal at The Hawthorns 'as long as the chairman wants him to stay'.

Pulis only has one year left to run on his current contract with the Baggies, but is expected to sit down with chairman Jeremy Peace to discuss his future before the end of the month.

The 58-year-old took control of West Brom in January 2015 and has led the club to 14th place in the Premier League table this season.

"As long as the chairman wants me. The big thing is let's sit down with the chairman, the chairman's in charge. I'm quite happy staying here, it's a good football club. We need to push on, but I've got a year left whatever happens, I don't mind if it's just carry on as it is," Pulis told the Express and Star.

Pulis started his coaching career with Bournemouth in 1992 and has since managed the likes of Portsmouth, Stoke City and Crystal Palace in the English game.
