West Bromwich Albion reportedly turn down Burnley's £12m offer for Jay Rodriguez.

West Bromwich Albion have reportedly turned down Burnley's opening bid for Jay Rodriguez.

The 28-year-old has attracted attention from other clubs following the Baggies' relegation to the Championship.

Burnley are believed to have made an approach for the striker, as well as his teammate Craig Dawson.

According to the Daily Mail, the Clarets have tabled a £12m bid for Rodriguez, but the Baggies have no intention of accepting that figure.

The former Southampton forward, who began his career at Burnley, moved to The Hawthorns in 2017.
