Crystal Palace defender Joel Ward has reportedly emerged as a loan target for West Bromwich Albion.
Ward has spent the las0t six seasons at Selhurst Park, and the full-back featured in Roy Hodgson's 18-man squad for their Premier League opener against Fulham at the weekend.
However, according to The Sun, West Brom are keen to bring in Ward on a temporary basis before the end of August.
Head coach Darren Moore has Allan Nyom and Craig Dawson who can play on the right side of the backline, but the latter is not currently in the first-team picture having failed to secure a move to a Premier League club.
Palace boss Hodgson has Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Martin Kelly at his disposal, but it remains to be seen whether the Eagles would be prepared to part ways with an experienced player before January.
Ward made 20 appearances for Palace in all competitions last season.
