Mark Noble: Alan Pardew will be "devastated" by draw

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble claims that Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew will have been "devastated" by his side's 3-3 draw with Crystal Palace.

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble has claimed that Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew will have been "devastated" by his side's 3-3 draw with Crystal Palace on Saturday.

The Magpies scored an 88th minute goal through Mike Williamson to take the lead, but were held thanks to Wilfried Zaha's stoppage-time equaliser, and Noble, who played under Pardew at the Hammers, thinks that his former boss will have been far from happy with the result.

He told Sky Sports News: "When did they concede, was it the 95th minute? I know Pards and he'll be devastated by that.

"He's probably thought they've won it [with Williamson's goal] too. He'll be gutted."

Newcastle are currently 15th in the Premier League.
