West Ham United striker Diafra Sakho has urged his teammates to build on their recent home form in the Premier League.
The Hammers are currently in seventh place in the table thanks to back-to-back victories over Liverpool and Queens Park Rangers at Upton Park.
Sakho, who has scored five goals in six games this season, is now hoping that his side can go from strength to strength on home turf.
"Sunday's win was just as important as Liverpool, because we know that the fans expect that and winning again at home will boost our confidence. We'll look to continue with this momentum and hope that teams dread coming here," he told the club's official website.
"The most important thing on Sunday was always to win at home. Away from home, we'll go with that same aim, namely to take points. We've got a good group here, everyone's feeling good and that will show itself on the pitch."
Sakho joined West Ham from Metz over the summer on a four-year deal.
