West Ham United have reportedly held talks with Boca Juniors striker Jonathan Calleri.
The 22-year-old has suggested on his Twitter page that he is ready to leave the Argentine giants and according to Calciomercato, West Ham have already begun negotiations with the player's representatives.
Chelsea and Inter Milan have been linked with the player in the past, but it is believed that West Ham are ready to beat them both to the punch with an early January bid.
Hammers manager Slaven Bilic is reportedly keen to add to his striking options after numerous injuries to his frontmen this season.
Calleri has scored 10 goals in 19 appearances this season for Boca.
