Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has rued his side's inability to convert their chances in front of goal after they lost 3-1 to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Latics, who converted only one of their 14 opportunities on goal, remain bottom of the Premier League table after the result.
"We couldn't take our chances and that's a little bit of a mental block at the moment and we need to make sure that we learn from these situations because it's really early in the season, we shouldn't be affected by that," Martinez told Sky Sports News.
"We know what we have to do, the way we have to play to be effective and we need to get that elusive win which will put our season on track."
