Wigan boss manager Roberto Martinez admits that his side should have won following Saturday's 2-2 draw with fellow strugglers QPR.

Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has admitted that his side should have won following Saturday's 2-2 draw with Queens Park Rangers in the Premier League.

The Latics took the lead at the DW Stadium, but Jean Beausejour struck with 15 minutes left to play to earn the hosts a point.

"From our point of view it is disappointing to concede two goals," Martinez told Sky Sports News. "I did feel at the start of the second half we started clicking as a team, and we are disappointed that we couldn't get the three points."

Saturday's draw has left 17th-placed Wigan two points above the relegation zone.
